Markéta Podhajská photographer

My first significant experience in the field of photography was gained during two years of work at the Institute of Digital Photography - IDIF. Here I cooperated with a long list of excellent photographers, who consider IDIF to be one of the most rigorous and prestigious schools. From 2006 to 2008, I was employed as a manager for Studio IN Prague, which is owned by photographer Adolf Zika. My work included the production of several photography books, in some of which I contributed a number of my own photographs.

Since 2004 I have offered my professional services commercially, most often for wedding photography, studio portraits and family photography. The main goal in my work is the satisfaction of those who are in the photograph, which is why I dedicate a portion of my time to touching up photos and more importantly, adapting my work to the demands and needs of the client.

I have captured many memorable wedding moments around Prague and elsewhere in the Czech Republic, mainly in castles and chateaus. Studio photography I capture in Prague.

I work as a workshops tutor as well: portrait, modeling photography, products photography, macro photography (for IDIF, FotoAparát.Cz and Canon on trade fairs, advertising events, workshops in elementary and high schools).

And why I actually take pistures? I just love it! :-)
